Kaiki is growing green and is striving to be completely green in 3 years. Architecturally designed for a low density, and a unique footprint with outdoor living spaces, we nearly cause any environmental impact on our surroundings. Kaiki recycles all waste that is recyclable: organic and non-organic and is in preliminary stages to harness solar power for use on the grounds. Kaiki also uses a rainwater reclamation design for rainy season to optimize water use.
We are located 30 minutes south of Tamarindo in Guanacaste on the Pacific Coast known as the Gold Coast of Costa Rica.
